One minute they are there next minute they are gone and my inbox is filled with emails from DRIBL

Serioulsy one week out from the season commencing you would think that the fixtures would be released by now

my guess is that they got sent out and then clubs have had to adjust kick off dates/times to fit fixtures in before a deadline so they have probably recalled them to give clubs more time to finalise said games.

Clubs had until this past Wednesday to make changes (was sent to clubs weeks ago).

Final fixtures for miniroos was meant to go out today, looks like some glitch occurred.

Teams register February.

But we get the fixtures 6 days before the season starts.
