We gave a good account of ourselves for about 55 mins and then Seaford's superior fitness really shone through. In fairness, they had the best of the first half too.

I think Seaford will have another good season, they are fit and knock the ball around on the deck well.

Some good lesssons for our lads and despite the score there was a lot to be happy with.

No not at all, every single one was African ( I think ), they are not the best but they never stopped running, they frustrated us for 90 minutes, very much relied on long balls to the quick men up front and didn't give you any time on the ball, but played the game fairly, I cant recall any bad challenges or any remarks from the crowd, TBH it was a pleasure to play them.
