Snubbed Socceroo Luke Wilkshire has left his Russian club to join Dutch powerhouse Feyenoord.

Interesting move. The club say they want to use his experience.
Surely couldn't do his Socceroo chances any harm. If he gets regular game time.

Of course but if he's playing regularly at Feyenoord then that's a pretty decent level. Depends on where he wants to play IMO.

Interestingly the Feyenoord official was quoted as saying something to the effect that talent can only be nurtured from a foundation of experience.
