Re: FREE development Squad 2014 - Para Hills East junior SC
Cindy is still coaching the development squad and her husband is chairman of the Juniors. Cindy was a big part of developing the junior ladies at our club and continues to be a big supporter of the juniors. The seniors and Juniors operate under different committees that work side by side and we do not get involved with senior politics as our job is to develop the juniors and progress football in the north and into the senior teams within our club. This year we have seen the addition of a men's team in the armatures and if all goes to plan a third team in the women's in two years time. We have a plan and we are well on the way to achieving it ahead of schedule. Anyone who would go to Easties now would not recognise the club from 5 years ago in the way we go about our development and football. We are still a family friendly club focussed on community and involvement at all levels.

Time will tell whether both will stay on.
2013, I resigned as Secretary due to the treatment I received from a few of the committee members. One of my children was subjected to unfair treatment at the time and another witnessed abuse from an Executive member. Recently this year the Canteen Manager and E&D Club Delegate resigned.
Its hard to get volunteers who will put in a lot of work and hours so the children can play this sport. The club lost good people who put in many hours.
It sounds like LWB it’s your plan and maybe that of a few others on the committee. The normal procedure is to table such plan/s at a meeting so the members are able to view and provide feedback. Members then get the opportunity to vote.
3-5 years ago Easties had multiple girls’ teams now the club can only put in 1 per age group. Where did they all go? Was it quality of the coaching staff, coaches holding players back from progressing, opportunities at other clubs who have teams Prems / Res League? STIC’s can’t be blamed all the time.
Unfortunately there are individuals who have their own agenda.
Politics are in every club including Easties junior club.
