FLINDERS SOCCER CLUB is still looking for players!

With our top side freshly promoted to Sat Div 2 after winning the Div 3 title last year, and the reserves completing their 4th Reserves Championship in a row, we are a club with both ambiton and pedigree. As one of only three reamaining founding members of the Saturday competion, we have a long and succesfull history and bright future.

Over the past few seasons we have run up to 6 teams per season, so we have an ability spot for all levels.

I can assure you we have great coaches who are aproachable and fun!

PM me for more details or just join us at our registration day this Sunday the 16th at the Flinders University Sports Ground from 11am for more info and some Free Beer and BBQ for those that choose to sign up. There will be some fun trial games on the day so bring your boots and show us what you have got.

We never intended for that to happen last year and were let down badly by players who had comitted to the club. Unfortunatly clubs pulling out happens from time to time we have certainly had it happen to us by other clubs in many divisions in the past.

This is one of the reasons we are looking for players, so that we are not put in a situation like we were last year!

We didn't say we were this year!! I Never mentioned at all how many teams were were entering this year, rather I pointed out that we are trying to make sure we have the strongest possible squads, who are comitted to playing the whole season.

We are recruiting for players still the same as all clubs, if people want to make more of it than that, then good luck to them, senesible people will judge it for what it is.
