Mata would fit in well at ManUre
Remy is a class player but the Gunners would not pay his transfer fee.
Tom Ince won't move to a middle range club - his father will only let him go to one of the bigger clubs.
Samaras would be unlikely to want to go to a club that is unable to give him European matches.
Bradley to Everton is more likely.

I doubt many players will want to switch clubs in a WC year, unless they're not playing at all, in which case they're probably not worth buying in the first place.

Ruining your club

After the shambles that Sugar, and to some extent Scholar before him, left, he's actually done a good job. It's taken a while to turn it around, but they're far better than in 2001 when ENIC took over.

IMO, the only thing he's been guilty of, is impatience, we rarely get a manager staying for more than 3 years and personally I thought he was wrong to get rid of Harry (despite his overtures with England). I can see why he saw it as disloyal, but what manager wouldn't be interested in their national team job?

It's the one thing you have to admire the Goons for, it's no coincidence that their two periods of most success came with their two longest serving managers (I think, in my lifetime anyway), with Graham and Wenger.
