C teams and leagues

I'm just trying to work out if our C-team might follow the seniors in 2014. Which of the following clubs are looking to have a C team in 2014

EAST ADEL
USC LION
BUDAPEST
ADEL UNI 2
ANGKOR
MURRAY BRIDGE
MONARCHS

You forgot red blue eagles and Hahndorf in your list... And most of the sat div 3 don't have C teams.

hahndorf got relegated
and I know RBE have a Cteam well they did last year.

Yes, we are in the process of putting a C team together and are fairly confident of fielding one for the upcoming season..

only one team got relegated last year because of the hazara situation, they end up getting kicked out of the league, Hahndorf will be playing div 3 again this year without fielding a C team at this Stage.

yep. Torrens valley down and Hazara out. Hahndorf stay in the league.

In years gone by the bottom two were relegated regardless. If teams dropped out it usually saw a third team promoted.

Would a third placed div4 team be better in div3 or one dropped?
Is flinders2 a C team?

SAASL's own rules state a third team would be promoted (feel free to read their website). Having said that, they have bent them in the past.
