What happens if Croatia forfeits first?

Having said that, I think if the first forfeit the reserves must also, not the other way around.

Yes, if First team forfeits, both teams are out.

In this case we forfeited the reserves due to player numbers, then found out Croatia forfeited first team game (for same reason), so realistically given it was the first cup weekend we could have played the reserves game after all, but only were told at 2pm today that Croatia forfeited.

Cup:

Mt Compass 0 (0) - 0 (1) Murray Bridge Utd (aet)

Compass probably edged a tight first half and should have scored with an early header, with Utd on top in the second without making any clear cut chances.
Our left back then scored one of the finest own goals in the history of amateur football in the first minute of extra-time. The game then returned to stalemate.
There were a lot of tired legs in that heat.

Good luck to Utd in the next round.

A grade: Adelaide Uni (2) - Plympton (1 -1) - ( 2-1 aet)

Lot of chances went begging for Plympton, Adelaide capatilised on there chances and it was tired legs both sides that changed the game. A great and intense game to watch

The new Adidas (training) balls that have been forced upon us are awful. The sticky coating on them caused at least 8 or 9 players to get their feet stuck on the ball and trip, ankle injuries to go through the roof this season. They are also not good to play with. Cheap crap!

I think more of the issue was the much shortened game time. 30 minute halves were a joke.

True...a lot can change if you have an extra 20-30 minutes of play.

That coating comes off after a couple of good training sessions, and get better - that is if you do a lot of ball / shooting drills.

I saw that Noarlunga V Seaford B's game. Noarlunga were robbed. lol. That penalty at the end. The ref couldnt tell the difference between a penalty and a dive. The hint is the one second gap between the 'contact' and the player rolling over 3 times.

Mind you, Noarlunga didnt score when they had the multiple chances to, so you cant complain really. Also, the 25 minute halves are a bit harsh.
