SAASL vs FFSA Coaching?

Post by jonnomath »

Bit of an opinion piece in light of some coaches moving between the associations:

What are the main differences between senior first team coaching from saasl to ffsa?
What are the biggest challenges in each?
What is preferred or seen as the 'higher level'?
What are the expectations from remuneration perspective?

Same differences other than quality and standards of league or flows in divisional hierarches, should any SAASL club coaches and managements attain optimum from their roster and staff.

Clearly its all relative

1. SAASL - Basic - amateur
2. FFSA - Average - semi pro
3. National League - Well above average - full time Pro
4. National Team - Excellence - international pro

Football education progresses at each level as does the professionalism at each level and the renumeration goes with stands and performance through each hierarchy
