Due to an unexpected resignation of the CKFC U15 JSL 2 team coach, the club is advertising for a coach that can start immediately.
The club has 3x U15 teams (1x JPL, 2x JSL), this situation occurred 3 or 4 years ago when the FFSA first started the change in the JPL system. The club started with 3x U12 teams several years back, and keeping with our goal of loyalty and development, the three teams are made up of players that have grown up at the club.
This position is for the second JSL team coach. You will work closely with the coaches of the JSL 1 and JPL teams, with players moving between the three teams for experience, development and/or recovery as required. We have support staff to help out with administration and coaching, and monthly 'Coach the Coaches' sessions and meetings.
Croydon Kings FC is a club with a long tradition and heritage of player development, we pride ourselves in creating a culture of loyalty for members.

keep the challenge with your development coaches.johnydep wrote:The team had its first win today under the guidance of the CKFC Development Coaches. Well done to all involved.

Have them take the team for the remainder of the season.
If the team improves significantly then your on the right track as a club focused on junior development.
If they don't, then hopefully you'll recognize where you (club) need to adapt.
Good luck... .
1/6.... but still 6.
