FFSA Coaching License Sen cert 1, 2 + License members.

Post by Fitz »

Hey all, was wondering if any of the other of the guys who are doing the FFSA course with Geoff at the Western Strikers ground this month are on the forums here. I thought it would be interesting to list here any coaching information outside of the course you are finding helpful atm.

I just jumped on twitter the other day and am finding Raymond Verheijen's tweets interesting and insightful. Especially for conditioning matters. he is followable on @raymondverheijen

I also find the Zonal_Marking website and twitter page insightful. Some match reports are dull, but every now and then you get a match that is completely changed by changes the coach makes at a point during the match, which makes for a interesting read.

If I find any other useful info I'll post it on here.

Cheers.

I have sent numerous emails to FFSA asking about when / where to do coaching courses but never get replies...

Who is the person to speak to?

Chico, the best place to check for any upcoming coaching courses is the FFA website. Thats the only way I heard about the course I'm doing currrently. The person you need to speak to is probably varied depending on what course you are looking at doing, as different personnel take different courses I believe. If you send an email to info@ffsa.com.au with your phone number, you should get a reply/phone call. I received a call the day I emailed in my info with an enquiry.

Chico, everytime I've needed info on courses, I have asked for Richie Alagich and he returns phone calls too. I'm pretty sure he's still with FFSA - Give that a crack.
Who?... Who is but a form, followed by the function of what... And what I am, is a man in a mask!
