Parafield Official Should be Banned!!!!!

The Parafield official who put his hands on the ref after the game should be banned! Disgusting and unprofessional!!
I will be very disappointed if he gets away with this.
I agree the ref had a very poor perfomance (He missed a penalty descision for both sides) but thats NO excuse to shove the ref after the game and having to be restrained from your team-mates.

I was at the game and didnt see any one touch the ref ! Yes the gardens players and coach werent happy with the ref but no one touched him !! He was a disgrace he gave no 11 a yellow card and said ive been waiting 10 minutes to give you that!! wtf. When do you ever see a team go off at the end of a game they just won !!

Blue&White, i think you will find that the official yesterday told Parafield's coach and a player to just leave it. If i remember correctly Parafield's assistant coach even went to pull the coach away from arguing with him. The official might have put his hands around the referee to get him off the pitch quicker. Your making it sound like the ref was attacked. The official did what he could to help the ref especially with the recent incident that happened with a ref. You should think and maybe find out the actual facts before coming on here and posting crap like this.

I don't deny the referee was a disgrace, because he was. He missed a clear hand ball for both teams and seem to have lost control of the game. But I did see him get shoved after the game and absolutely abused has he walked off the pitch which I thought was a bit harsh. You dont want to see that kind of stuff in Div 1 football. ( I thought the ref for the C's game was brilliant. Called everything down the line)

That's why the referee continued the conversation with the Coach about the send off in the change rooms after the game & why he never mentioned anything on the match card. Why wouldn't he put it on the match card if he was push by the Coach? Why? because it never happened!

um no, if i want to put in a report after a game i referee i don't write on the match card (ie the teamsheet) "report submitted". i simply submit my report along with the teamsheet.

99.9% of referee's especially in the Premier League would notify the Club Officials that there Coach has been reported & why he has,
most would note it on the team sheet as well as their match report.

I've spoken to Cooky & he said that he didn't touch the Referee yesterday & that he has NEVER or would NEVER touch a match official.

30+ yrs of Captaining & Coaching for some gutless unknown to try to discredit a stella football career!!!

You are an absolute Blue and White the referee certainly copped an earful from just about every person watching because he had a shocker - but assault? Give me a break. He walked straight from the middle past me on the halfway line and was not physically assaulted by anyone unless in your tiny mind assault constitues a marshall putting his hand on his shoulder and guiding him away from the baying masses. if the ground marshall was the person who touched the referee to help escort him of the field in the quickest and safest way possible, then there is nothing wrong with that. i cant comment on what happened though seeing as i was at another ground with my soccer club

i think we had the ref from the besa game yesterday and if thats how he is week in week out he will not last in sunday division 1! i have never had him before and i'm thinking he was put up the grades to allow for his safety as i don't think anyone would attack a ref in our league but he is no where near ready at this level and will only cause more trouble with his decisions than anything else!
