Chris Bradley, David Mooney and Matt Daughtry pushed at West's defence whilst the experience of Paul Martin, Lee White and Sam Jones combined well with the youth of Glen Crute to negate many of the home sides attacking forays.
Knights eventually pulled a goal back when Chris Bradley followed in to slot home after West's keeper had done well to save Stephen Maguire's penalty kick.
Matt Harrison had come on after the break to create an effective extra target up front and Edin Skrijelj came on later to help settle Knights midfield.
David Mooney slotted home his 3rd. goal of the season to level the game at 2-2.
Knights winner came after applying pressure and Para Hills West subsequently headed into their own net.

What could have ended up a disastrous day for the Knights with 20 minutes to go. Turned out what could possibly be a season defining moment in the clubs history
. Frenchy we have discussed the performance of Dave the ref and it was bordering embarrassing for both teams .
It has been a tough two weeks down south but Im sure the players have seen the light that if you keep plugging away the results will come.

Ageered, the ref was a joke for both teams. Talking to a Knights player he said it was confusing everytime he gave a free as you never knew which way it would go.
Well done to the Knights they really wanted it more in the end

The referee played an enormous part in the game
1st goal - PHW - Knights sweeper was fouled (in my opinion) play on - and goal
2nd goal - PHW - very soft free kick - goal
3rd goal Knights - Knights player thought he was fouled caught the ball no whistle threw it down played on - then (soft?) penalty to Knights
4th goal - Knights PHW keeper was fouled nothing given Knights player knocked it in (while keeper on the ground)
5th goal Knights - softish freekick to Knights - goal (own goal)
So Referee played a part in all 5 goals and seemed to get each one wrong in some way
He should never referee again

Still a long way to go and lots of work to be done....but a great fightback from Knights and thankfully they were not distracted too much by some of the decisions

I think opposition teams shouldn't be allowed to have the same coloured socks.....no wonder the referee was confused at times....
