Coaching Positions 2007
Its silly season and Adverts are appearing in the paper for Coaching positions for season 2007.
Salisbury Inter, Salisbury Florina, Elizabeth Vale and Tea Tree Gully have all advertised does anyone have any ideas who has applied and also why have TTG and The Vale Advertised?? TTG got promoted and the Vale came 3rd and won the cup?
What about player movements and retirements??? Any Gossip on these?

Yes thats a strange one, I think it's because they don't want to sack a coach if he doesn't do well but such a waste of time if your doing as well as TTG unless of course their coach is leaving - couple of hundred bucks down the drain!shaunwright-phillips wrote:often its just club policy to advertise whether they intend to change coaches or not.

Sorry mate, But WE HAVE ONE ALREADY
As far as the Inter job goes i heard that Bruno made it clear at the start of the year that it would be his last year there - heard he had his arm twisted a little to continue this year.
In regards to the Vale heard from a very good source that Saffran the coach was not very popular among the players even though the results were very good.
As a player he was very mouthy on the field and from what I hear he was that as a coach and often got involved with stuff on the sidelines a coach should not have got involved with.
Maybe a return for Earl - after coaching 23's at Enfield this year maybe he would draw some more players with him???
Dont think Earl would apply for Inter job after being knocked back a few years back as from what I heard the committee did not like him for certain reasons aside from soccer.
Can confirm that Lawry Sancilio will be continuing as Fulham coach next season in the A's which will be good for the club as we had a very good consolidating year.

Hey Bigpond, didnt get the chance to speak to you at the presentation night, well done last season all the best for the next one. Still reckon your tackle at Macos was the best i have seen, all legs and torso no ball whatsoever and you still tried to con the ref with the innocent look on your face. Would have been my pick for the saasl player of the year.
