Shizer... Im so devo..! Regardless that i dont play for the club atm its still so bad... All our league trophies, Kanga Cup trophies, photos, pictures, newspaper clippings.. dont forget there is smoke and water damage throught the whole club room so all of Chic's medical stuff has gone including strapping tapes, oinments and the ultrasound machine which arnt the cheapest things around to buy are all gone! Pretty much everything is gone including all the balls, new coffee machine, drinks and normal food fridge, booze, chip fryer, food warmers, cones, bibs, ball compressor pump and i think pitch marking machines (again not cheap)................ pretty much the only things saved were a couple of old strips!
When they say its $50,000... Believe me i work in the Insurance Industry and it adds up quickly because that amount includes not only Contents but also Structural works and the clubroom does look like it will need to be knocked down due to the structure damage inside...
Still regardless not a lot of clubs do have contents insurnace because it is a high premium and the excess is also very high... City does have Building Insurance but all those things like the general stuff can be replaced...
Sucks though because all the work done in fundraisers and stuff like that is just gone in a flash but i think what is the worst is all the photos and trophies and that kinda thing... stuff everyone worked so hard for
Talking to all the girls yesterday and we're all so devo... its the worst!
