No team has won the League, Cup and CofC "treble" in the same season. BOSA came clsoest in 2005 losing the CofC game on penalties to Adelaide Villa.

Yep. Undefeated in Sat Div 1 and won Cup beating Florina in the final at Grange.

Congratulations to the Gardens.

An excellent advertisement for the SAASL last night - a great game, end to end and some superb football to watch.

I'm not good a guessing crowd numbers, but i reckon 1.5k - 2k crowd last night?

Two great goals from Agius and Brooksey, worthy of any league, let alone the SAASL.

In the end, beaten by a deserving team - though they held on by the skin of their teeth, any other day, we could have overturned our poor start.

Nevertheless, the history books will show Gardens as treble winner and few can doubt their quality.

What has Iggies ever done in anything? Fck all. Beside Adelaide Villa who have been the only Saturday club in recent times to shine the light for the Sat teams, the rest of the Sat clubs are a joke, the standard is crap and equivalent at best to Sunday Div 2/3.

I hate to say this but the Gardens have proven to be the ultimate force in 2010. They have won everything they could get there hands on and well done to them. They deserve bragging rights even if it did cost them a fortune to do it .
