the close ball control from gourcuff is fantastic as well as his quickness and he doesn't have a bad shot either

I remember seeing this guy playing one or twice for Milan. He looked good but just needed a bit of refinement to his play.
I think Milan were foolish not to give him a chance to develop with them. If they gave him reasonable playing time, after a year or so he probably would have been better than their current midfielders (in my opinion).
