I'll get the ball rolling by saying that I heard that some of these players do not adhere to strict training regimen and may be guilty of drinking more than is recommended the night before a game.

I think the reason for Gardens slow start to their games is because they get caught up in the pregame speach & forget to warm up quite a few always keen to actually train but dont think that will last the season.

Our old boys always get a very good turnout on a Friday night. They play a game for about an hour and then drink for a few.

One and a half years and I will have qualified to be one of them. Can't wait!

A good win against a team who had a 100% record going into today's match. Going up the slope we took a 3-0 lead with the third coming on the stoke of half time. Woodpeckers pulled one back early in the second half. I felt the game was safe when we made it 4-1 midway through. Woodpeckers pulled a second goal back minutes from time.
