One of the most disciplined Allstar performances I've seen in a long time. They took the lead in the first have with a cracking goal. Soon after they made it 0-2 with a scuffed shot which fortunately took a deflection that wrong footed the keepe and it trickled into the bottom corner or the net. In the latter stages of the first half Lion looked the better team and pulled one back. I think it was an own goal. It stayed 1-2 for quite some time before Allstars rifled in a free kick to make it safe. Blind_Spot put in a fourth just before time. I had expected the referee to play some stoppage time for a couple of instances with players down but added about 45 seconds only. The away side worthy winners on the night.

Yeah it really was an awesome free kick ...Its been a while since he has scored a goal like that but we have never doubt it him ..looking forward to a few more wins in the league games..

Clubs that are forfeiting As & B' can scrape at least one side together, we all know that, so it's pretty poor not to field that team in the A Cup. Obviously they feel they'll just be completely outplayed & embarrassed in a huge defeat. Pretty poor to deny a game to the club drawn against them.

you may find he's refering to the A's: Flinders (2) 1 - 2 Stirling District result?? I believe that is a 'good' result against a 'div 1' side
Great results for us considering we were missing 3 first team players and Are still reeling from the shock departure of bodo midweek. Winning goalscorer in As played Bs last week and same in the Bs, go-ahead goal was scored by a guy who has played Cs last 3 weeks.
