Tough game first up for us against BOSA....talk is they have picked up the Menillo Bros to bolster a very good squad that made the semi's of the cup and finished a close runner up to us in the league.

Vipers v Modbury (Not sure on either side but must tip Modbury on experience.)
Salisbury Villa v Saints (Hear Villa have strengthened up well and Saints have lost a few...tough call but Saints first up.)
Stirling v Wanderers (Stirling too strong at home against a Wanderers side that has changed a bit from last year.)
Uni v Sturt (Could go either way with DB in charge at Uni..interesting one with a Draw a safe bet.)
Adel Villa v BOSA (Neither side would be hitting there straps at RD 1.... Draw here in a fantastic contest.)

Vipers v Modbury - Jets always start the season well and with their new players this year will be no exception.
Salisbury Villav Saints - Not sure why no one is picking Saints? They have a very strong side still, mixed with some new players and youth coming up from a successfull reserves side last year. It will suit them being the undersogd though.
Stirling v Wanderers - Stirling will be average, but with Wanderers rarely starting well and no Tassovac as the engine they may struggle. But they still have some quality there and will get going a bit later in the season for mine.
Uni v Sturt - The Pete Buckley vs Dave Baker so early in the season and should be a great game. I'm hopfully going to get down and catch this one, so I will say a draw!!!
Adel Villa v BOSA - Very tough game with two very good sides. These two will be there together at the end of the season and I cant see too much separating them today. I think Villa may fall off a bit later in the year with the old legs, but we shall see.

Going all home teams except for the Saints. We played them in a friendly & they looked quite good. I'm in the same boat as Jay Walking though. Don't have much of an idea but why not chuck some tips in.

Salisbury Villa v Saints - draw - Two more unknowns. SPOC have a few changes, apparently and SV the new boys.
Stirling v Wanderers - Wanderers seem to be on the wane, generally. May be proven wrong though.
Uni v Sturt - Uni to avenge the shambles that was the game at grange last year.
Adel Villa v BOSA - Would love to see this game. Two title challengers, but Villa to shade it.

Always tough to make tips in the first few rounds. There are always a few surprises.

Adelaide Uni v Sturt Marion - Home ground might give Uni the edge.
Adelaide Villa v BOSA - Probably a draw. If we can get our defence sorted properly we might edge the win but will be a good contest first game. If I can keep a clean sheet in the ressies I'll be happy, although with my preseason I'll be hoping Pauly's fit to play over me.
