PAO-AEK

Post by Filikis Eterias »

PAO-AEK derby tomorrow at the OAKA. Can AEK spoil Pana's momentum and throw open the Greek League once again.

Olympiakos away to Panionios, surely must win this one.

PAOK beat Atromitos with an 87' winner from Papazoglou.

PAO 48 (19)
PAOK 43 (20)
OSFP 40 (19)

I'm expecting PAO to take this one out, despite how badly I want AEK to win, who knows though, a little individual brilliance from Scocco could change the game, I hope.

Dont worry about PAO filaraki. We're 6 points ahead of the nearest rival and still in the Greek cup. Silverwear is going to look great in our cabinet.

We slaughtered AEK and had plenty of chances to finish them off (but obviously didnt) and we're playing some great football.

Worry about your team.

hmmm wasnt really impressed with PAO.
Had about 3-4 good chances, but nothing else. They burnt a lot of ball going forward.

They will win the title this year, with merit and worthy winners.
However, the ones who've been following greek football for a while must admit, in terms of protathlima this has been the worst (standard of teams) in a long time.
All of AEK,PAO, OSFP are a shadow of their former selves, just that PAO is the least crap this year.
PAOK have been ok, but they play miserable typical santos 1-0 mpala.

Too true, the standard of football that has been played in Greece hasnt lived up to the potential i thought it had at the start of the season with big names coming into the league. I'm not saying its been a bad season overall, i guess i just expected a lot more from this season as compared to previous years, teams have been playing to their better players individual abilities. Thats my opinion anyway.
