the last defender tackle thing may well be intentional but it can be disguised as being an effort to get the ball
many cases of cheating can be disguised as a mistimed or clumsy attempt at normal play and so be it , i don't think you can go over the top with suspensions for that , there is always an element of doubt
further to that , there is normally a downside, a free kick or penalty and a sending off , there is an immediate consequence to the action

blatantly handling the ball cannot be disguised as an attempt at normal play , there is no downside and the fact that he admitted it afterwards makes it even more of a farce

The difference between golf and football is that golf is self-refereed. Football has referees and ARs for this purpose. Interestingly, if the 'Europa League' style referees were on the touchline it would have made a huge difference.

Breeze made a judgement decision on an incident involving 2 other people , albeit he got it wrong
Henry blatantly and deliberately took it upon himself and chose to cheat by his own actions
