An entertaining game that saw Old Ignatians take a 0-2 lead which Vikings had closed to 1-2 by half time.
In the second half a couple of goals saw the lead reversed and Vikings were leading 3-2.
Iggies managed to level the game at 3-3 until the goal was disallowed.
Minutes later Vikings stretched their lead to 4-2 and finally went 5-2 ahead against an over-committed Iggies.
Good spectator game and I think all the lads enjoyed (some more than others..) their Hindmarsh experience.
Speaking of controversies and in-eligible players, A. Emilov clearly the standout player for the Vikings A team even taking out their A's B&F. Scoring goals in the final, was he cup tied to the A's???
