Just got an email saying that due to contiunued security issues during both the Confederation Cup and the British Lions tour, the fanatics will not be taking any groups to be based in Jo'burg. Lucky I made the decision to go to Durban...

I was kidding. There tour of germany was laughable, and most of the tossers on it were just bandwagon jumpers who knew nothing about the game. But good luck anyway.

Apparently it's forum etiquette to post sarcasm in blue text.

You will be much better off in Durban which is a fantastic beach side city or even Cape Town. Jo'burg is a bit rough but has its good points and when you find out what they are you can tell me! Seriously I think they will have heavily beefed up security there so you should be okay at cup time. There will be plenty dancing in the streets especially if our boys pull off the odd miracle. Enjoy the trip and the preceding countdown.
