Goalkeepers: Iker Casillas (Real Madrid), Jose Reina (Liverpool), Diego Lopez (Villarreal)
Defenders: Raul Albiol (Valencia), Alvaro Arbeloa (Liverpool ), Joan Capdevila (Villarreal), Carlos Marchena (Valencia), Gerard Pique (Barcelona), Carles Puyol (Barcelona), Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid)
Midfielders: Xabi Alonso, (Liverpool), Sergi Busquets (Barcelona), Santi Cazorla (Villarreal), Cesc Fabregas (Arsenal), Xavi (Barcelona), Andres Iniesta (Barcelona), David Silva (Valencia), Juan Manuel Mata (Valencia), Albert Riera (Liverpool);
Strikers: Daniel Guiza (Fenerbache), Fernando Llorente (Athletic Bilbao), Fernando Torres (Liverpool), David Villa (Valencia).
Decent squad, good to see the inclusions of Busquets and Mata as well as Pique who has had a fantastic season.
I am little worried about not having a true holding man in the midfield. I suppose Xabi Alonso would be the closest thing but he's not really the Marcos Senna type of player who rushes back and recuperates an infinite amount of balls. Should Xabi Alonso get injured we'll have problems against Italy or Brazil. Also why was Victor Valdes not picked, guy had a phenomenal season and single handedly saved Barca from losing to Chelsea in the first leg (the ref did the job in the second leg )
Also worried about the "injuries" to Pique and Iniesta. Maybe it's a ploy by Barca to get these players more resting time in preparation for next season but if they are injured it will be difficult. Given the squad and taking out players that are supposedly injured this should be our starting 11
GK Casillas
RB Sergio Ramos
CB Puyol
CB Marchena
LB Capdevila
CDM Xabi Alonso
RM Cazorla
LM Silva
CM Xavi
ST Villa
ST Torres
.....that's IF Iniesta and Pique can't play....and we STILL have Fabregas on the bench lol, wow I love this team.

Pablo Hernandez (Valencia C.F.) replaces the injured Iniesta. Quite frankly no idea why Diego Capel doesn't get a call up alternatively you have Arteta (although he's injured right?)
