I've heard a rumour that AV might be moving to Saturday div, any truth in the rumour, does anyone know about this?

Is it really possible 4 a club 2 just say that they want 2 change leagues and have it happen instantly. as in the very next yr they decide to move.

i guess it is if they want to start in the lower sat div,i believe that's how it works.i think budapest did it from one season to the next so anyone could.though i think there should be enough notice given so that any team that may be affected by the change can be prepared,ie an extra team moving up a div as a result of say AV going to sat div.

Sounds good to me, one extra spot for a Div 2 team to go up.
The top four teams are all worthy of crack at Div 1 in 07.

Um, for some reason i don't think that they will have more teams go up? They will just keep a team up in the first div?

I think you'll find they will put extra team up, i've been promoted twice from 3rd position for the same reason

p_deloser are you for real sat div teams = no depth st peters / stirling and most recently bosa are the only teams of recent years that have shown any value in the cup comp's
for flinders uni never heard of them as a football team
And for av metro to leave sun div 1 is no gr8 loss as it proves their week as piss I believe they will lose money and supporters

Firstly chemical, PISS aint weak - it depends what is in it. It mainly contains urea which is a byproduct of ureic acic which is a toxin that our body needs to remove from the body.
Secondly, ur a TWAT and would love to see AV Metro leave Div 1 so u dont have another EASTERN SUBURBS team giving u Northerners TOUGH competition for the DIV 1 CHAMPIONSHIP.

Being in Div 3 dont really care, but! heard rumours today from the vale crowd AVmetro joining up with NAB next year for SAT league!!!Anyone know different?
