STHN KNIGHTS vs WEST BEACH - Hard to tip against knights at home but beach playing well and knights struggling for results. Beach 3 - 1

VIKINGS vs P/HILLS EAST - Will be a very good game, maybe a piece of individual brilliance to win game or I recon 0 - 0

MUNNO PARA vs ISC RAPTORS - I think Para will be too strong at home but don't write Raptors off.

TTG CITY vs ELIZ GROVE - Match of the round for sure, Who ever is hungriest will take this out.

MOD VISTA vs SAN MARCO - Cant tip against Vista at home, San Marco will be no push overs though.

STHN KNIGHTS vs WEST BEACH Beach too strong but seems to be lots of goals at knights ground, Beach 4-2
VIKINGS vs P/HILLS EAST Will be a great game, East have mastered the draw, Draw 2-2
MUNNO PARA vs ISC RAPTORS Think Raptors will take a lot out of game against Westies and get 1st win 2-1
TTG CITY vs ELIZ GROVE Should be a cracker, Gully at home though 3-1
MOD VISTA vs SAN MARCO Vista at home and i play for them so why would i tip against them, Vista 2-0

someone told me, you lost the last 2, but just checked, lost 2 out of the last 3 both times to Beach - so probably struggling is a bit strong, although still think East will win

Big game for almost every team this week. These weeks during the season are when one or two clubs start to push on and the rest are left behind. Injuries and suspensions start to kick in and depth of every teams squad is just touched on week by week.

STHN KNIGHTS vs WEST BEACH : Should be too strong against struggling Knights

VIKINGS vs P/HILLS EAST : Very tough game for us, but we have been up to the task of playing the tough games this year.

MUNNO PARA vs ISC RAPTORS: I think confidence will be high after a few decent results and they will be tough for anyone at home this year. Raptors might well learn something from last week though and see where they need to be to compete at the top amateur level.

TTG CITY vs ELIZ GROVE : Fingers crossed!! Will be a tough game for sure! Gullies slow defense will like the slower grove attack, so they might cancel that out. Both hard teams, but i think gully will nudge the grove for fitness, but grove wont lay down easy.

MOD VISTA vs SAN MARCO: They should get the win at home and keep on rolling on. San Marco are a decent side though and wont be easy.

STHN KNIGHTS vs WEST BEACH : Knights to take a point at home 1-1

VIKINGS vs P/HILLS EAST : East just 2-1

MUNNO PARA vs ISC RAPTORS: Para at home 2-0

TTG CITY vs ELIZ GROVE : Gully will be to good here 3-1

MOD VISTA vs SAN MARCO: Vista to win 3-0

Actually we dont have as much room as you think. Although we do have an excellent space for soccer, We have one of the largest Junior Set ups in the Elizabeth and Districts league and therefore have to accommodate for this by having 2 main pitches and a mini pitch in that space. The current pitch we have is the largest that we can possibly fit allowing for the other two pitches to fit, And trust me, as a committee member we have gone through the many possibilities!

Maybe everyone doesn't adore AUFC

Last time I checked it's not an AUFC supporters only forum

So no need to tell them to 'F OFF'

I think Munno Paras pitch is of normal size. They do have a smaller one that the C grade use.

Could be a possibillity, maybe a 50,000 seater and get the train line extended for easy public access!

True their, can any one from Munno Para say why the bottom pitch has stopped being used, with the fence around it?

the pitch vista played us on pre-season is the c grade pitch which is really small and we used this because the cricket season was still on where our main pitch is now, but i think they have stopped using the bottom pitch with the fence and lights because the club rooms would be so far away, but im not sure if this is the only reason? we do still use it for training though....

Ahh k, I was not their for the pre season game was in melb for the a league final. Was just curious about the bottom pitch because I have noticed it doesn't get used any more not even with the juniors, dont you have club rooms down near that pitch?

Club rooms down next to that pitch are for the rugby side I was told however it is indeed a quality pitch and i would suggest that if Munno Para had access to the bottom clubrooms it would certainly be in their best interest to move to that pitch rather than where they are.

.......................................A LITTLE OFF THE TOPIC..............................................

With so many new housing developments in the North and Gawlers poor effort as a federation club it could be the perfect opportunity for Munno Para to expand their junior development and grow their club to be as big as most others around.

I was talking recently with the CEO of FFSA and he was saying that there were a couple of clubs in the Northern/North Eastern suburbs they wanted to try and bring on board as a result of certain clubs either leaving the league or being asked to leave. With a bigger junior setup and they already have a womens team Munno Para would be the perfect candidate.

JUST A THOUGHT
............................................................................................................................

Now Tips:

Knights v Beach - West Beach are a good side and you can be sure that Southern Knights biggest weapon at home wont effect these lads. 3 - 1 (West to enjoy the Sea Breeze)
Vikings v East - Not that Viking arent a decent side but heard talk around the place there are a few players from East that want nothing less than promotion 2 - 0
Munno Para v Raptors - Raptors still lack that spark they had last year, any chance you can fly him back from Melbourne once a week?? 3 - 0
Gully v Grove - Both strong, aggressive teams this will be the one to watch on Sunday! 1 - 1 (At least 3 Red cards in the A's and B's on Sunday)
Vista v San Marco - Should be a matter of rocking up and scoring the goals for a high flying Vista side but if they play the way I saw them against Angle Vale it could be very difficult to beat a San Marco team that CAN play 3 - 1

The junior fed sides use it. (Fence required around pitch)

Plus the clubrooms are bigger up the road, with better facilities.
