U16 A.

Blue eagles 0-1 Adelaide Hills..

Bad conditions, trouble pitch.
Not an excuse but it played a major part in the game,

also red card for blue eagle player, ref was a joke.
first he gives a yellow for havin a necklace on then 2nd yellow was responsible..

saw a ref book a player today for having different coloured 'skins' to his strip. he warned them not to play in them...they didn't heed his warning, so he booked him.

the referree seemed biased to Adelaide Hills where they received many soft free kicks. He was too young and inexperienced to handle a U16 game. Also, the game seemed to have finished 5 minutes early. The Adelaide Hills linesman was also offside trigger happy in the 1 st half which cost ABE 1 definite goal.

However, the pitch was unacceptable to play on and the game should had been postponed.

In my experience of watching junior football, i have never seen a referee issue a yellow card to a player wearing a necklace. Is this a yellow card offence as i cannot find this offence in the rules or regulations of the competition ?. A warning should had sufficed rather than a yellow card.

Most referees warn players before the game in the changerooms about jewellrey and skins.

That isn't the first time teams have been ripped off thanks to that teams linesman
