Salisbury Villa v Red Blue Eagles "Catch Up"

Post by reggina »

Wednesday Night @ 7.30pm

Must win for Villa after a disappointing draw against Burundi on Saturday & to keep the pressure on Comets and try to get breathing room on Vipers...
Red Blue are more than capable of matching it with the better teams in this Div

If the last game between these 2 teams is anything to go by (1-0 to Villa) it should be a very hard fought contest..

Everyone who's got nothing to do on a Wednesday night is welcome....

As per this thread it's at Villa's ground, and not at Grange right?

i read the first edition of the "Villa Monthly," a couple of weeks ago, and it seemed pretty good...

the only reason i'm coming out though is to see this "Legendary," Bud Costanzo it spoke of... :D :D

you still didn't answer my question reggina... will this legend be there?
I'm coming in the hope of possibly getting the chance to meet and even grab an autograph off of this Bud Costanzo character you speak so highly of....

3-0 win to Villa........ that just about confirms the top 2 to go up to div 2

It must have been cold because even I felt it. Looked like the game was played on the beach with all the sand that was around but to be fair both teams played on the same pitch. Met Rob Lozza for the first time as well as couple of Comets' forumites who asked me if I was Bodø. Villa comfortable winners in the end and the third goal while taking a little while to come was worth the wait. Red Blue Eagles had their moments too but the inability to finish left the Villa keeper with very little to do.

Eagles' keeper was very entertaining with his comments non stop :D
Made me chuckle anyway.

I know who you are and yes it wasn't you, but you are not the only player in the team. Having said that they told me they were from the Comets and you were playing at the Vipers on the weekend if I was interested, so I presume they were telling the truth and are indeed from the Comets.

Every time I write that word I think of that argument (?) you and redmum have going. To tell the truth though, I'm most defiantely with redmum on this one.

And it's Bodø not Bodo
