It will be interesting to see how Vista goes when Carmen goes off for army service as I believe he is.

Does anyone know when his last game will be???

Taking nothing away from the Vista defence but I am sure when he goes the goals against will not be as tight.

Yeh last game this week but he's been training our reserve keepers and the development has been amazing. you need to get through the defence and so far this year, only 6 goals gone through.

He has been brilliant and has certainly contributed to the minimal goals conceded. However, he did not play in out first 2 or 3 games of the season in which we only conceded 1 goal so we are certainly able to keep it tight at the back.

Is Vista's reserve keeper this year the same guy that was their 1st team
keeper last year?

If so seen him afew times last season and looked like a decent keeper.

yeh correct mate so he was extremely keen to learn the trade from Andy so it has worked out brilliant for Vista.

Well thats a big call but if that's what you believe then fair enough,but if i may just add another angle to it.Vista also has 2 new defenders in Colin Antonoff and young Aras Shaski who have been outstanding in the back line,plus a number of other new midfielders who have strengthened our defence,cos as we know its a whole team that defends.so i guess the rest of the team need to work harder each week to prevent goals once Andy leaves.

Colin Antonoff is a quality player - he would still be pretty young wouldn't he ??

Surprised that Colin isnt playing for Salisbury Inter, take it he's
playing with mates at Vista.

Im pretty sure he played there afew years back, his old man is
a Inter legend.

The big guy is finally leaving hey! Good luck to him in the army. Hope all goes well for him. For all us competitors its a lovely thing. He has a great presence for u guys and he deserves the credit he gets for being a great keeper, but don't think i'll miss him on that pitch. Colin is a good defender, very solid and hard at the ball. Y did he ever leave Modbury feds??

too true mate,but the reason why he plays like he does he trains like it to,why even at training tuesday night he's pulled one of his"oh my god someone shot me"type dives,only to realise there was no other player within 10 yards of him.

yeah he's still a young pup well compared to some of us,and heath,well he's heath really,didn't play much last year either,you know these rockstar types!!!!!!!

Yeah uncle crack he played at inter for a year or two.

i think were all going abit ott over Andy,sure he's a decent keeper but he's improved 100% since moving to vista,see its all about attitude and to be honest his was real bad,he walks in saying he's played for this club and that club,sprouting off about trying out for everton(i mean come on talk about hits from the bong ah)said adelaide utd wanted him,like he's lucky i don't go on first impressions cos if i did i'd of been onto glenside quick smart,kno wat i mean,right nutter he was.but i gave him his big break,gave him a chance and now one young,slightly cookoo,little laalaawoopybing,kid has forfilled hes life long dream to play at vista and follow in his big brothers boots.and for that i want no thanks,no,not i,just to see the beaming smile,with that thin line of dribble out the corner of his mouth,is thanks enough for me.

HA HA HA HA Bulldog is just havin a larf. Andy has been superb in goal, has not made a single mistake that I can recall, as well as being a great on and off field leader. He will be sorely missed.

Having said that, our reserve GK has never let Vista down either.

Rumour has it and don't quote me on this but Crazy Dave Ackers, esteemed B team captain and long life lover of Evertonian Andy Carman has talked AC into playing in the B team cup game, as keepers are not cup tied, can anyone confirm this at all!!!!Be a great pick up if so, not sure what Dave would have offered Andy but must have been good!

be interesting to see if it was too happen, why not leave the ressies keeper in if hes that decent.

I think the goal keeping problems at Vista are about to return. Only last year Heath Webber was kicked out of Vista for turkey slapping one of the young players in the changing rooms....
