West vs East: Still reckon the westies are overated but amazingly defying the odds. Westies to beat an indifferent easties, but hoping East get at least a point.
Pontian vs Lion: Pontian will win at home. great passing game but need that little bit more to stay with the top runners. Pappas coming at a bad time and don't think he will pull them out of this sinking ship. With Drago gone, i can see a few more going, before you know it, ur playing second division. Still hope Lion win but don't see that happening this week.
Ingle Farm vs Beach: Beach have surprised a few this year and i think just might avoid the drop at the expense of Lion and easties. But who know's, 9 games to go! Farm should win this at home but i will be barracking for Beach - Sorry Jay & Robbo.
Gardens vs Downs: I can see Gardens pulling a rabbit out of the hat with 9 remaining games, as they did last year. With their captain playing some good football (so i hear) and peacey in form all they need is some consistant wins and confidence will grow, and i can see it starting this week. Gardens in a close one especially at home.
Florina vs Vale: We all know who i am picking and i would have to say pay back is a bit-ch. Need this win to get closer to top three and haven't lost at home this year and yes we have had some signings and depth seems to be growing and form is with florina, but Vale always hard to beat but their bubble is about to be burst. Hopefully

WEST v east -expecting a scrappy game with a win to westies poor playing surface but a local derby will make it physically tough. I may go down to watch top v bottom . Danger player Eric Van Ryswick

PONTIAN v Lion - Think pontian maybe too strong only going from what I've heard Not seen them yet but have seen Lion and didn't impress me at all thought it was the worst Lion have played in years (are they past it?) Danger player ??????

INGLE FARM v West Beach - Seen Farm a few times this year and whilst they have a lot of the ball and look good too often seem to go for that million dollar final ball but still a very good side but may have to get their hands dirty against a well organised defensive beach. Go in too cocky against beach and be prepared to get stung Danger player Dave Eggers

Gardens v Downs - Draw - both sides have been well under par and I can't see a winner here should be an open game and plenty of niggle. Danger player Mo

Florina v VALE -I'm guessing the 2 Nicholls boys will be back. whilst I was quite impressed with Florina when I saw them against PHW I still think Vale will be to potent going forward. Danger player Dan Nicholls

all played each other once & IMO Farm were the best team we played. Makes for an interesting 2nd half of the season with alot points still up for grabs..

PARAFIELD GARDENS V ELIZABETH DOWNS - Big one for the boys & i know there up for it. With recent results you could say it is the best time to play the Downs with their confidence low Gardens starting to play well getting results & that will continue this weekend

farm vs beachfarm best team ive seen by far, too good at home for a struggling beach.
florina vs valeflorina in good form and vale need win to keep title hopes alive. i think frankie marron and chris nicholls are both suspended, would hav loved to hav seen that match up. draw in this one me thinks.
pontian vs lion a boring draw. didnt rate either side ofrom what ive seen all though pontian have the quality to grab a winner (billy and theo)
downs vs gardensallways a cracker and a big crowd to match. gardens to good at home i reckon. mo to get sent of late, as motts will tell his players to get into him all game, witch is fine as long as there is no racist remarks witch i have heard towards mo in previous downs gardens clashes.

An interesting round this week with most game up for grabs!!

We play Westies in an opposite situation to last year. We were flying up near the top and they were bottom. They came to our ground and spanked us 4-1. Hopefully this year we can do the same and kick our asses into gear for the second half of the season although I predict a much tighter result. Westies 1 - Us 2

Think farm should be able to account for West Beach as nobody has been able to conquer that slope yet and it will continue this week. Farm just have too many attacking options IMO and even with injuries their depth in unreal. Farm 3 - Beach 0

Florina have picked up a few players and with Vale having their top goal scorer out I cant see where their goals are going to come from. McGregor vs Hobbs in the midfield could be.....interesting.... Florina 2 - Vale 0

Pontians vs Lion - Should be a good contest. Despite whats happened at Lion they come across as a side with a lot of pride and will be hard to beat. Pontians 0 - Lion 1

Gardens vs Downs - Gardens really impressed me with the way they knocked the ball around against us. I'm suprised they havent already picked up more points and they could be the team coming home with a wet sail. That said these are always big games and games the downs seem to get up for.
