I remember before the tourny started watching an interview with Hiddink. He said that before the end of the tournement everyone will know the names of the Russian players. I reckon i knew the names of 1-2 of the players prior to the Euro's but now i know 5-6 and probably before the end ill know all 11. Its arguable that they are the best team to watch and now they must be atleast joint favourites with Spain to win the whole thing.........Hiddinks done it again.

They sure do love him on SBS they even made a issue that his "pointing" during extra time was technically exquisite

If only he still was Aussie Guus. Hes with Russia till the world cup, if he can keep that core group (even though its hard) at Zenit and work closely with them and Advocaat, they are going to be a force.

If the Russian names weren't so long, we'd probably know them all by now

still Arshavin, Pavluchenko, Akinfeev, Bilayetdinov, Kolodin, Semak... probably forgot a couple
