help

Post by wapalee »

hi everyone i have a really hard decision to make. I'm in division 3 under 18s and another team wants me to play for their division 2 team. I have a strong bond with the team at the moment and we normally get thrash every game 6-0. My coach at the moment use to play for manchester united womens team as captain. All i want to is to improve. So can someone recommend me if i should leave thd team or stay

Finish season, if you show something you would get a State league reserve spot.

You'll never improve by giving up and running away. Have a look at the top teams in the professional leagues. They will have a few players with super talent. Have a look at the lesser leagues and you will see lots of players with super talent ... who haven't made it. The players that make it at the top are the ones that work hard. Except for a few freaks, it's hard work that makes the difference and that hard work is team based as well as working on your personal skills. If you've got problems with your team, try to work them out and if you can't, gracefully leave at the end of the season. If your only problem is that you're getting beaten, you don't have the team spirit to make it anywhere else.
