What the hell - Serie A/ESPN
Just saw a commercial on ESPN promoting the Inter-Siena game this weekend. I double checked on the foxtel guide and yes it appears this game will be on and live!
What the hells going on...no serie A all season until the second to last round?

no matter what game its on cant ****** stand ESPN coverage for various reasons, they are cheap bastards.
Re: What the hell - Serie A/ESPN
It makes me think that the Setanta guy on this board was pulling our leg saying they were trying to get the rights to the package with the good teams. I reckon ESPN have the rights but they didnt show anything because they preferred La Liga...

It's about damn time, now I can watch it once and for all. Tired of watching la liga and epl all the time. It's about time ESPN put some sense into it. Would prefer to watch the Serie A relegation battles than see Inter claim the title but at least there showing it again.
Re: What the hell - Serie A/ESPN
maybe we hav differemt ESPN then ..Red & Blue Army wrote:haha, only cause u have to settle for espn, here in australia espn is way down on the list of good football coverage. bein in malaysia has gotta suck, well for football reasons anyway lol

Re: What the hell - Serie A/ESPN
Our ESPN has American commentary and it blows like a damn hurricane. I can't stand sitting through a game no matter what it is on ESPN. Americans should be outlawed from commentating real football. Better yet we should just clone Martin Tyler 100x over and have him commentate every match.

We should get that Irish commentator from SerieAtv. The Udinese-Roma match was a great classic of that.
Re: What the hell - Serie A/ESPN
he'd be fine if he stopped with the constant references to England and 1966Juventino wrote:Martin Tyler used to be a good commentator, now he is terrible.
best commentators by mile ATM are John Helm and Gary Bloom

England playing a south amercian opponent in the first game just like 66
Won thier last 7 games...................................................just like 66
First win 2-0 '' '' and another 100 cliches
just talked way too much shite for the professional he usually is!
(Bored the shite out of us at the tournement, just like listening to them reminising about that side in 66 )

Even when I get out my old Italia '90 videos you can tell he is not as good as he used to be.il duce wrote:he'd be fine if he stopped with the constant references to England and 1966Juventino wrote:Martin Tyler used to be a good commentator, now he is terrible.
