OLYMPIAKOS SLIP AEK BACK ON TOP OF GREEK SUPER LEAGUE

Olympiakos slipped at Larissa for a 0-0 while AEK smashed Ergotelis 4-1 to regain top spot in the Greek league. Panathinaikos defeated the Snakes of Ofi 3-1 to stay in third spot.

AEK 30 points, Olympiakos 28 points, PAO 27 points.

Next round:

Olympiakos face a tough home tie against Xanthi.
AEK entertain Salonika side PAOK.
PAO travel to Salonika to face the improving Aris.

AEK scored 2 in the last moments of the game thanks to Lymbe

so AEK go into the break on top, very close indeed at the top with some interesting games coming up, Asteras is definetely the surprise packet, i hope they can keep it going, as for us, well we just keep dropping points with the "smaller" teams so we will have to make them up somehere else, i think we are in for the most interesting season in years, which is good

I wish Olympiakos well in the ECL with a win over Chelsea but at the same time if they drop to third in the Super League it will be wonderful.

I too hope Olympiakos can do the job on Chelsea. Although i hope they fail in Greece.
Good to see PAOK slowly climbing the ladder after a poor start.
