It also says "ALL the action from this weeks round" and you only showed 4 games. What the hell is going on? The main reason why i got Setanta was for Serie A.

I agree you can't set the timer two days in advance. Not sure which guide you use (ie setanta website or foxtel link) but they do change at short notice

Bag them all you want but dont stoop to their standard by wishing death upon them. The only way we will get what we want is by constantly letting them know that we wont subscribe until we get a fair deal, until then we use the other alternatives, simple really

I just find it weird that RAI would produce a highlights package that shows: Sampdoria v Reggina, Siena v Lazio, Atalanta v Napoli & Parma v Empoli. What about the big 3 fixtures of the week - Milan v Juve, Fiorentina v Inter & Roma v Udinese??? Its not that i don't believe you but i think if Setanta want to show Serie A then its best you get the rights for ALL the games. At the moment i'm finding it extremely frustrating.

Update - Our GM has now spoken to the rights holders of the Serie A highlights package and it has been confirmed that contractually we are definately supposed to be getting a one hour show with all the games - not the half hour show with a selection of games.

As this has been happened two weeks in a row, we are taking up a a complaint with RAI trade that they have been giving us the wrong highlights package so hopefully this will be amended ASAP.

Mate i wasnt having a dig at you, was just commenting on the death part in a nice fashion. We dont want them to die because at the end of the day they are a Football channel and i applaud them for the amount of Football they cover, however our gripe with them stems from their greediness and the lack of respect they pay to certain communities. We want that fixed and we will pay the monies they wish for us to subscribe to their channel. Thats all im saying

I also have subscribed to Setanta in order to watch Serie A and other european leagues, but the cricket is taking over!!!

Exactly. I realize he does it as part of drumming up business but he does answer our questions. If you don't ask questions you don't get answers. No doubt there are short comings in some areas, but if we come here and discuss it we may see changes and have our questions answered.
