1-1.. metro scored first good goal.. then fulham put away a nice opportunity in second half.. late in the game fulham had a chance one on one with keeper.. good save.. extra time was poised.. not many chances.. and then metro were just too good in penalties.. good work..

was only there for the last 20 mins or so but metro didnt seem that dominant in that 20 mins.. someone else might have a better opinion

metro had control all match but werent very impressive, to many players trying to score instead of passing it off etc, first goal came from a good cross and shot, would of scored more like it if they kept at it but i think they were complacent as well, didnt feel to threatened

well done to all the girls, gave it their all, was a struggle of a match and was always gonna have its scrappy periods due to fatigue.. in terms of who had the better chances i really didnt think there were any clear cut chances apart from the goals, a few half chances here n there but the defences dealt with them, especially kirrals who for mine was best on ground.. few good patches of passing play but as we know fatigue came into play and made it abit scrappy and a real battle.

Congrats Metro!! finally went that step further!!

Nice poster. I would love to have got my hands on it if you had lost.

Extra time plus penalties. It had it all. The lone striker up front was far too ambitious. even I could see that she was gang tackled by 3-4 players each time. And was doing well against the odds. Unfortunately did not put a goal away after many chances. I would say that the shots on goal were probably (def) in Fulhams favour however they did not capitalise.

Bad luck Fulham. The girl who BOG (no.7) was by far the rock.

Metro Untd won the ressies and League cups. ongrats.
