They need to do something about the "magic stretcher", everyone seems to feel beeter after a ride on it.
a minimum 5 minutes on the sidelines should be enforced if they are stretchered off. That will make them get up qucik smart.
And who keeps time for stopages? I think they missed some of the stretchering

As has been suggested elsewhere, there should be a mandatory 5 mins off the field for any stretcher borne players and they can only rejoin at a break in play. If however they are substituted then the 5 mins is waived. this should mean that genuine injuries do not penalise the team anymore than at present.
