Blue Eagles vs Adel City

Good game overall, I thought it was going to be a stale mate the way each team squandered there chances. None the less City prevailed with a goal caused by a lack of concentration by the Blue Eagles defence. I noticed an under 17's player who was dropped for this particular game, it's alright if hes eligible but just to win a game come on thats abit unfair to the actual players who are in the squad. City are now undefeated and look to have put the final nail in the coffin for all other teams trying to win the 16's league.

Nah the kid who was wearing the other shirt was an actual player for that squad. But I don't know why he was wearing a different shirt.

Here we go again,
same topic of dropping players down for the important games.

Why doesn't someone complain about the players that play UP as part of their natural developement :D , now that woud surley be more positive than the inuendos about bringing players down . . . 8)

:?: If the topic is brought up so many times, then maybe, just maybe, someone at the FFSA may think it is important enough for discussion. No, nobody is breaking the rules as they currently stand but should the rules be changed. Firstly we need to understand if and why they should be changed. What are the real reasons Clubs need to bring players down? Positives Vs negatives...all that sort of stuff. Until that happens Barney....nothing will change and you'll hear the same old tune being sung....you know like the one you used to sing in the war days...."We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when"...etc, etc

on fri night before the 15s game the city officials told the para officials that they had pulled a couple of players down to cover injuries, but still had 4 or 5 on the bench, more than para hills did...however it didnt affect the result...a 5 nil loss!
