bigpond, you know it seems of late that fulham boys are the ones firing off their mouths in this forum, when are people going to realise that clubs go through hard times? RPSC are going through a tough time at the moment not only on the park but off of it as well. The facilities we have can not be used for the next 2 months due to rennovations, we have nowhere to train at present due to no power to the premise to activate the lighting system. All these among other things would make it hard for any club out there. But the most important thing to remember is this.
The comittee have accepted the worst that could happen this year. Now that the club has accepted it they are acting on it.
So results don't look good and it appears that we will be the whiping boys this year however it takes character to build on negatives and that is what these guys are doing. It may take some time for us to establish ourselves but remember this.
RPSC is a figting club and will ride the storm that is hard times.
Years down the track when you are a wise man you will realise that in life it is easy to ridicule and criticise however nobody kicks a dead dog.

read my post lubricated_goat - where did I fire my mouth? ?
After a draw last week u guys seemed u might be on the right road but after the heavy loss to Lion simply asked if it had all fallen apart - and by your response it seems u guys have accepted what was always going to happen this year.
Hopefully u can re-build.

Same as Fulham last year, accept it early fight hard and hope the results go your way, have to say dropping a league isnt the worst thing to happen it lets you rebuild. I dont know who big pond is but dont think that RP are the centre of attention with us we have our own club to support and woory about, although we seem to be doing better than we were.
keep bagging royal park, boys you two fulham heads talk alot, but dont curse your own team.royal park has respect for fulham but def not you two gerbals.some of the royal park players have mates and even family at your club so you two clowns are seriously adding bs between the two great rivals from the west which started way back in 1996 at carnigie oval(god i miss that ground,so many memories)which was a 0_3 defeat for us in da As.and a victory for the royal pk Bs 2-1.so lets hope there is another derby next year in div 1.DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE BARRY STRINGER IS?

Quite honestly, can you play at a ground with at least one toilet? I can handle getting changed in the open, but no toilets ffs? Surely you could move to the amateur league grounds until your clubrooms are renovated?
PS. Anyone playing RPSC at there current home ground, goto the toilet before you get there.

obviously the communication between RP and council was not good with rennovations taking part wihen the season has started.
Our clubrooms at Fulham were fully rennovated prior to us moving in for the soccer season - it was done at the end of the cricket season and b4 the soccer season to ensure minimal disruption.
Oh well - plenty of big trees at RP to take a piss behind or crap.

hey redders all we need down their is another team. but hey this can work out really well 4 the home teams that play at grange..lions or stingrays cause if the toilet facilities need to be used and ur supporting rp then u will be charged a $5 entrance fee but toilet paper will be free.

A's lost 2-1 to PHW in extra time - good even game.Mr X wrote:Hey Bigpond
How did your team go last week, did you play? where you outclassed?
you never seem to comment about the games, just bag clubs facilities, toilets etc
B's won 4-0 against TG in a good team performance.
If u look after every week - win, lose or draw I say something about each game - maybe u r looking in the wrong topic????
Oh by the way how did Royal Park go against Stirling in the A's??
Whip me if I am wrong Mr X but I believe Royal Park A's put in a forfeit against Stirling for the cup and as a result the B's were automatically kicked out of the cup because an A team cannot forfeit in the Cup for obvious reasons (ie to stack the B Team).
Can there be any excuse for a Division 1 A team to forfeit a game - if so please give the reason!!
