i dont understand where all the angst against the Raptors has come from, especially from such big and respected clubs like brahma lodge, sth knights, vikings and bosna - especially the knights and vikings as i personally know people who play there and can assure you that we have stayed behing for a drink and a chat.......i dont get it....i could go on and reveal a few skeletons from the closet but that would be disrespecting the guys i know at those clubs.....

Well 2 clubs have confirmed that no members of the raptors club stayed behind for a drink and a bite to eat this season, not a good record considering you have only played away 3 times this season

well although i have not always seen eye to eye with Mega and Col we had a pretty good day on the sidelines last week with some good banter and some of the Raptors boys had a quick drink before leaving. Given the nationalistic rivalry betwen the two clubs i think it was a fair effort. I only ask that they have sme coronas in the esky for round 2.

Personally the last 2 times we have played Raptors at their ground, Jim, Chris and Mega have looked after me, given me free food and beer, which is greatly appreciated

Here, here....good club at Raptors...my lads usually enjoy it down there...I remember quite a few of their lads popping into have a drink before I had any involvement with the Knights....even after the number 18 incident I think I met popov, sacred, and maxin that day !!
I think many might have wanted to get home and take their wives and or mothers out in the evening last weekend....
