Re: Amateur Council of Clubs
Re : FFSA.
I'd definitely be interested to hear what they would have to say, yes i know the bloke on here is taking the piss, but part of running a club is to consider all options, and one thing I wouldn't do is block one side out without listening to them.
Case in point; Metro League discussions at Santos in 08/09 - wasn't feasible at the time but important to still hear them out.
But each to their own.

Absolutely correct. To be an effective leader is to consider all possibilities and then make a judgement based on all the facts. The people elected to our clubs have a responsibility to do what is in the best interest of our clubs and not make decisions based on opinions or objectives.crue head wrote:Re : FFSA.

We have an organisation that is run professionally.
The SAASL has lots of money put away for when or if times go bad.

Mr 7, there is no need to resort to insults. We have had plently of messages in support, hence why I have continued this conversation. Pherhaps you are on of the few who does not want the change, or cannot see beyond 2012.Number7 wrote:The blokes an idiot
We dont want you posting on the Amateur forum, so just piss off and post on Local SA and A-League Football forum.. wanka..
We dont care about the FFSA your only interested in the Amateur leagues money, and plus the FFSA is a laughing stock of every other states football federations why would we want to do anything with you..
So just sort your own cabernet out and and keep you nose out of our business..

Re: Amateur Council of Clubs
Mr legga, can we please keep this conversation civil. As for the re-creation of the once Northern league, why would you res-errect that. How is that different with what we are proposing. Obviously what we are proposing will be far more professional and you will have referees.legga wrote: Be him real or not some clubs will look at Mr Carters so called plan and as said before then they can choose. At the end of the day we can go back 20 /25 years and create the northern league. Cue Mr Swannsong on providing info on the once famous but now defuncted northern league.. Get together share and idea or two have a beer or 5 (what time you picking me up Marooned) and what else is there to do on a monday anyway..other than what Mr Carter can do

If that's the case, then perhaps you have an even better case for false representation than the real Mr Carter?

Gentlemen, did anything eventuate from this meeting, would you still consider a meeting with the FFSA?
It is obvious that you require someone to organise the meeting for you and to host it at a central venue.
