I wouldn't be surprised if they did. I guess it shows the teams character. Piss weak.

At last a post that makes sense. Assuming you ranked the three in order of cricketing ability that is.

No, just people who stopped playing at strange times. I can understand bradman's though, he was just a coward who was scared of larwood.

Still on about him? Talk about jealousy. Just two questions, each have one word answers:
Bradman scored a truckload of runs, mainly against which country?
Did Bradman retire from cricket half way through a series when his team was getting a bath?

And if those questions are too hard did you ever see him play live?

No but he joined a series half way through after running away from the start because he was scared.

He's just having a really bad Xmas, nothing merry about it at all for him, His world eleven getting a drubbing in the cricket, Millwall looking to speed many a year in the depths of the conference premier league the way they are going, Phil the power taylor crashing out of the WDC, and too top it all a banner seen hanging from the windows of trotts exclusive room at the priory indicating that his condition is worse than first suspected

So you're basing your opinion on hearsay.

Not sure about sending them in after winning the toss, unless purely a piss take to see a more even test and boost the spectator numbers through the next few days.
Personally, I'd have kept the foot on the throat and batted, but not as much at stake so will give Clarke the benefit of doubt

you don't need hearsay to see that he ran away and hid from Larwood.

Well it depends on your definition of "truckloads" really.

most were against England, seeing as that's who he played most of his games against.

How does that relate to him being a coward though?

Got to feel sorry for the poms who decided to come out for the last 2 tests hoping to jump on the ashes victory bandwagon, only to be treated to a day of mediocre batting again from the english, one positive, they did contribute to a record for the MCG :)

Do you mean like the bandwagon record crowd today. Pretty much guaranteed that lot of them wouldn't have turned up if we hadn't been shit.

I'd be embarrassed if I came from a country that was just a prison, but you still speak.

Bottom line is you've won this series and we won the one at our home. Win in England and you'll have a point, until then you can't win away.

How is it moving the goal posts? Are you suggesting that you've done anything other than win at home? The same as England did. Clearly we can't play your bounce and you can't play our swing.

What has Kallis got to do with this? Tendulkar also recently retired, why not mention that?

He wasnt, otherwise why did he smash you around as much as he did?

PS - even Piers Morgan, one of your own, admitted Swann was a coward and deserted the team!

So one person, a media whore says it and you believe it. I have said all along he shouldn't have left but he retired, big deal.

Smashed us around, but ran away when we bowled a little bit too fast for him.

Interesting to hear bill lawrie talk about the comparisons to "bodyline". Strange how this is deemed as brilliant but convicts whinged about it back then.

Interesting as well that he agrees with me that the cons were cowards.
