It's not, trying to be spain at the moment. found the article, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia and Denmark are seeded, then you have Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Greece and Sweden.
Playoff draw is October 17th with games to be played from Nov 9th-11th and Nov 12-14.
