Thanks to the Vipers boys for a good ("woud've been great if we pulled off the treble") day on Saturday. Well organised club with fantastic facilities. Great bunch of blokes also. Look forward to the return leg in a few weeks.

I didn't see you leave on Saturday, got caught up when things got busy so I didn't shout you that beer.....Will have to catch up in a couple of weeks.Jack Mehorf wrote:Thanks to the Vipers boys for a good ("woud've been great if we pulled off the treble") day on Saturday. Good that your boys stayed back for a feed after we wrapped up, I think if a few more of the Saturday clubs do this it will ease a lot of the angst that happens when matches get heated......Always hard to be sociable after a loss so well done Cougars.

Dixie Dean was hailed by another Mersey legend, Liverpool’s Bill Shankly, as “belonging in the company of the supremely great, like Beethoven, Rembrandt and Shakespeare.”
