Get rid of the draft anyway? Whatever happened to freedom of choice and signing for the club you want to. It's like telling me that I HAVE to sign for west ham, I'd tell them to get fucked.

easily fixed if they want it to. Tell them they have to have a change and if they don't they forefeit the game.
Essendon HAS a clash guernsey - rarely is it needed.

After being made aware that the PFA awards are voted for at Christmas and seeing media awards just being announced at the end of the season in England I wondered if the individual player awards (i.e. Brownlow) is the one thing that the AFL or Aussie Rules in general does better than us.

Imagine the likes of Gascoigne, Merson, Barton etc carrying on at a "brownlow" type night as well of the changing of chairs by certain WAGs!

Wayne Rooney would win it every year though, howard webb would give him 3 points in a qpr v swansea game!

He'd be ineligible in many years from all the red cards and suspensions he got! Mind you, you'd be right about Webb though.

It would be required v the Richmond yes? Probably St Kilda as well.
Collingwood require a change strip against North Melbourne, but i recall North Melbourne wearing their away kit for a home game a while back, sounds a bit 'amateur'

The most popular (in terms of TV viewers) elite sport in this country was invented in England, and New Zealand are the current World Champions!

Is it though, don't more play football than aussie rules.
What are their spectator figures v rugby league.
Popular doesn't mean better. More cheeseburgers are sold than kobe steaks, I know which one is better.

Rugby league attendances are closer to A-league figures than AFL ones. Cheeseburgers vs. Kobe steaks, that's irrelevant as that comes down to personal opinion.

I put that across wrongly and left myself open too your trolling. What I should have said is just because you enjoy Kobe steaks more than cheeseburgers doesn't mean they are the best/most popular food.

Blaming it on trolling when you fuck up!
If you think a cheeseburger is better than a kobe steak then there's no helping you!

It's a bit like comparing dominos pizza with a yoshinoya. Yoshinoya wins hands down.

Any restaurant that has a raw egg sauce cannot compare to a hawaiian pizza from dominos.

You can score more goals, yet lose the match.
GWS 12 2 74 Richmond 11 20 86
Gold Coast 12 8 80 Nth Melb 11 21 87
Twice on the same day by both new franchises.

NOPE! They deliberately aim for the goal above the goals to avoid the keeper.

When all is said and done you are awarded a point for getting reasonably close to the target. And here is the really clever bit, if get reasonably close to the target a lot more often than your opponent you are actually rewarded with a victory.

Why does the sport accept mediocrity?

You still get a point for missing the goal.
You can also add hurling to the list.

You can't miss what you're not aiming for.

So if you aim for the goal and it goes over the bar you don't get a point because that was not what you were aiming for?

Rarely happens (I've never seen it in any of the games that I have seen), as if they are not in close then they take the point over the bar.

Now try answering the question. A simple yes or no will suffice.
