How can the FFSA have rules and regulations if they don't send an official neutral party to decide if such rules and regulations are breached or not breached.
Taking one clubs voice over another will never hold up, so this answers all the questions of just how serious are the FFSA in their rules and regulations, they don't care.
So they don't have enough refs, then get them, do something with our fees to fix it.
Don't introduce more teams and leagues when you can't run the ones you have.
If the FFSA is going to have leagues, points, promotion and relegation then no game should be officiated by anyone but the FFSA. Stop handing us a second rate system that is suppose to be a first class one.
If you don't have the refs to have A,B,C teams then don't have them. Please just give all clubs, players, coaches and parents what they should get, a fair unbias system for everyone, no game except SSF/SSG should be officiated by anyone but a FFSA ref, full stop.

Have you forgotten that Kids read this forum?
Perhaps they shouldn't be....perhaps they should be doing homework....perhaps they should be out practising soccer so they can win all those sheepstations that are so valuable....perhaps their parents should be supervising what they look at on the internet knowing that adults vent their soccer concerns with other soccer parents on an adult soccer forum..perhaps the kids should be in bed!
I dont know about you, but I control what my children access on the internet, and this is for the parents, not the children, otherwise it would be published for all to read in their school/club newsletters...

Well just maybe ADULTS shouldnt be using foul language on an internet forum...Adult or otherwise!
By the way my Kid doesnt read this forum but some Kids do.
If you enjoy foul language visit/post in the Wild West forum.
By the way its called a Junior forum NOT an Adults Only Junior Forum!
Some people tell me that we professional players are soccer slaves. Well, if this is slavery, give me a life sentence. Bobby Charlton
This is a discussion about Junior soccer, not WITH junior soccer players, there is a difference. If it was advertised as the later there would be links to an ABC site...dont turn it into something it is not. I dont think Jeda intented anything other than a phrase of frustration, which is what junior soccer is!
Ahhh, look on the bright side guys...Come along to any junior girls soccer game on the weekend (up to and including under15 girls). You will be lucky to get an official ref every third game. Some of our parents pack their own whistle these days (at least it keeps them fit).

16 posts and you're already making up forum rules for the rest of us.
It has long been accepted and known that junior players post and read this particular forum.

From rumors out there this same ref did the same at another home game, visitors 4-1 up then suddenly a few send offs with the game ending 4-4, same grumbles of blatant one sided officiating, same age group.

You have no argument from me on that one....However (and I ask this in all sincerity), what DO you do at 8.45am on a Sunday morning when 2 full teams turn up to play a game and no ref shows up? Tell the girls the game is cancelled?...Call some official at the FFSA? (though it would be fun to get them out of bed).
Fortunately we have been lucky so far and on the many occassions no ref has showed, parents of both sides have been agreeable to a parent from each team reffing a half. We (as a group)tend to be more lenient of decisions/minor errors etc, but will concede none of the games in question have been crucial matches.
Love to hear some ideas on ways we can address this (and yes, we let the FFSA know every time we dont have a ref).
Every parent from both teams starting 11, refs for 4 mins each .... And stop the game 2 mins early (assuming it's a 90min game, I know it's not but I dont have a calculator handy)
