Just want to say a big thank you to the supporters from East, Brahma, Vale and Gardens who showed up to watch the game yesterday. Made for some great atmosphere and good banter.

Heard that gardens v San Marco had the same ref as pontians v florina... 5 send offs in two weeks ge whiz he must get all the violent games. Will be interested to read the gardens peoples comments on this game.
Yep Freddy got send off 2 Yellows??? 1st Yellow for swearing at a Gardens player??? Second for Decent...
Just means someone else will get there chance Sunday week against the Downs...

WALNUT HEAD This Referee is a bloody beauty he should be wearing a light brown shirt with a red arm band full NAZI ....
No personality, cant communicate to players, & thinks it's all about him.
5 Red cards in 2 weeks & would've been easily 8 cards all up in our game, hate to think how many send off's for the year?
Anyway we know who & what he is so can't really complain...

Bring on Round 13 & the DOWNS....
You shouldn't comment about the ref Nugget, backburner will get upset if you say bad things about his new friend.

I thought if you get sent off in the cup and get through to next round then the suspension is for the next cup round, is this not the case??

A fish stinks from the head Kargi and after the way you conducted yourself during and after the game last week, I'm not surprised your team got three reds.

What happens if you point your finger at two normal people and a double armed amputee?
Tommy: We've lost Gorgeous George.

Ingle Farm V Salisbury Inter 4-0

A great display by our guys. The boys were ready for this game given who Inter had available and the fact the wet, heavy pitch wouldn't allow us to use our pace as much. The boys played well given the conditions, controlling the midfield and breaking open Inter's defence in lots of ways. Our two centre midfielders really ran the show I thought and made it hard for Inter to attack, allowing our defenders to account for their opponents. Inter's chances weren't helped when they had a player sent off after about 20 mins for two challenges within about 3 minutes of each other. Inter kept battling but the heavy pitch took its toll with only 10 men and they ran out of legs before the final whistle.

Another Quarter Final for our guys, which is the 6th year in a row. We have now won 26 or 27 cup matches played in the last 5 years. I think this year will be a lot tougher with Gardens and Downs still in. Downs have a lot of high quality players to choose from also. Should make for an exciting few rounds of the Ressies Cup.

Pretty spot on the money, Big Lloyd doing his hammy and Tobes hurting himself at the end would have helped. I thought even with a good surface pace wouldn't have helped as most of the dangerous play came from winning the one on ones, which Toby, Lachlan and Fernando all did well. Special mention to Ricky's first touch as well as Eggers getting taken out four times in ten minutes

Yes, wasn't cup tied and neither was Toby... heard another A grader isn't cup tied either however he refuses to play in the reserves cup as he doesn't believe it is fair.

Just adds alot more Quality to a already decent Reserve side,

Isn't there is a Ruling about amount of Reserve games that a 1st team player needs to play to be eligable to play in the Reserve Cup?

Pretty sure it only applies to catch up games.

Could be wrong though.

I personally don't think established regular A grade players should play in the reserves cup even if they are not cup tied.It is a bit unfair on the players that have to step down to accomodate them and yet play week in week out in the ressie league.I can understand fringe A players gettin a run in the cup but not someone of campbell's ability....just my 2 cents.

I don't think it makes that much difference for one reason or the other Cambell wasn't available for there 1st Team they got knocked out Bonus for the Reserve Cup Side but i'm pretty sure he has to play :?: amount of Reserve games to Qualify for the Finals 5 or 6

Pretty sure that rule only applies to catch up fixtures for the league. Nothing in the cup rules about it.

Campbell wasn't going to play, but due to a run of poor performances, he was given a run with the reserves. Toby isn't a first team player and the only other first team player that didn't play that was available was injured :(
