I was just about to type that. Had to laugh. Seriously though, what a disgrace.
You can just see the suits at the FFA would've been watching, shaking their heads.
I had a great time at the game tonight, having said that...
I can't believe i paid $85 each for a ticket to watch a second string team in an average stadium. I was 8 rows back in the 2nd tier an was only 1 row from being drenched. I felt sorry for the other poor sods below who paid the same and got soaked. I paid the same price to watch the premium line-up at MCG (not much of a venue there though to be honest), how is it that this game was priced so much, besides trying to justify the stadium.
At the end of the day I will pay nearly anything to watch the socceroos, but I expect to get my moneys worth and tonight im not so sure.
