Which will be knocked back as the rule applies to protect the integrity of the SAASL competition, as i was advised when discussing the same scenario about a month and a half ago.

End of the day I wouldn't mind if SAASL does a backflip as I have a few more mates I'm trying to line up to come play for us that are on pro contracts and don't want to sit out for 30 days, and would be interesting to see what the SAASL would decide at that stage.

yes and no, not affiliated with FFSA, but as far as player rego and transfers go SAASL use the FFA guidelines. Me thinks that this should be changed but mid season aint the time to do it. FFSA would not be so user friendly if the shoe was on the other foot.

are you sure saasl is under a fifa/ffa banner as they only have one recognised association per state, so this could be a loophole

One would assume that Adelaide City would have something in their contract stating you cannot just up and leave for amatuers otherwise everyone that gets pissed off with them would do so...

So it would be wise to think that Adelaide City become the Authority on this rather than the SAASL
